Program Overview

The men/women intensives is a unique program designed to help bring your life back to center.

Our life is shaped by stories, traumas, and other events that we go through. These events can affect our relationships, behaviors, feelings, and how we think, talk, communicate, love, etc. These stresses appear in life and may keep you from the peace and balance you desire.

Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Body. Mind. Spirit.
Open a clear channel into your inner world & develop a deep connection with yourself.
Untangle your relationships and invite more intimacy into your life.
Release the burdens and coping mechanisms that no longer serve you.
Cleanse accumulated emotional toxicity that has compiled due to unresolved grief and loss, betrayals & resentments.
Experience a thorough renewal & restoration.

“I was in therapy for years, and still dealing with the same old issues. Nothing was moving. Nothing was changing. The intensive was the greatest gift I could ever give myself. I was able to become the leader of my life.”
