Program Overview

Times after divorce are trying ones. From finding your footing and managing on your own, to facing hard truths and a harsher reality, many singles barely survive. The Single Parent Program is designed to help single men and women recover, reconnect and grow after divorce.

Weekend #1 - My Past:
In the first weekend workshop, you will explore your past. What worked, what didn’t work. What’s yours? What are you taking on? What do you want to take with you from this marriage and what do you want to leave behind? Process your feelings about your ex spouse, your children, and your feelings around your dissolved marriage.
Weekend #2 - My Present:
In the second weekend workshop you will sit with your present. How are you showing up today? From what place are you parenting your child/children? Which patterns are you repeating today? What is it like to be alone? What medicators do you use not to feel the pain? How do you use this time to grow and find solid footing?
Weekend #3 - My Future:
In the third weekend workshop you will allow yourself to envision and plan your future. How do I support myself and continue the healing  journey of owning my gifts and seeing my inner and outer beauty? How do I heal my broken heart? How can I repair it so that I don’t repeat it? What am I allowed to “settle” or “look away” from and what do I insist on? What is my relationship with my Higher Power? How do I move forward?
